Changing an order

Please email us or give us a call so we can assist you further on changing an order. Order changes can include the shipping / billing address, add / remove products. Please note that the sooner you contact us after you have placed the order the better as orders are normally dispatched within a day.

Tracking an order

We do not provide tracking order feature on our website at the moment, but if you email us or give us a call we will be able to track it for you and let you know your order's status. 

Please note that only orders within the United Kingdom are trackable.

I did not receive any order confirmation email

In some cases incoming email confirmations go to spam folders. After placing the order you should be redirected to a successful message page.

However if you still have not received any email confirmation and you have concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Faulty Item

If you have received a faulty item or it is not as you expected, please open a case here.

Unable to place an order

Please note that with Credit/Debit card payments, there are validation filters applied for security reasons, so please make sure you put in the correct details, postcode, etc.

Also, while filling in the card number, please do not use hyphens or spaces.
